If nothing else, Finnish writer-director Jalmari Helander has a knack for cooking up premises so absurd that they can't help but intrigue.. As a disjointed rumble in the cosmos, it's both too much and too little, and too dorky looking. In this case, Green means stop.. How many more of these superheroes can we take?. I had a hell of a good time at this movie.. Green Lantern opens with the words "Billions of years ago..." Take that as a sign of just how much time this ostensible action movie spend...
